 <description><![CDATA[<p>Both the PRA and the report of PRA are available.</p><p>PRA conducted in 2007 and phytosanitary measures discussed in 2007, 2008, 2009. &nbsp;IYSV was not added to the EPPO List.</p><p><br></p><p>Outbreaks have already been reported in the EPPO region&nbsp;</p><p>It is very likely that the pest will survive or remain undetected during existing phytosanitary measures.&nbsp;</p><p>The pest can establish in the PRA area and its vector is widely distributed in the PRA area.&nbsp;</p><p>The potential for economic damage is low based on the experience in EPPO countries where the pest has been reported (except for the UK outbreak and seed production in Israel). </p>]]></description>
